Private Yoga can be extremely beneficial as your primary practice, or the perfect compliment to your home or studio practice. We have a true passion for working one-on-one with students who want to “improve their practice,” or who have injury, limited mobility and/or experiencing any kind of imbalance in their bodies or lives. We “get to know each” other on a much deeper level and the kind of break-throughs and transformations that are possible with private yoga are very powerful. We also have the opportunity to record our sessions and create a personalized home practice for you, too.

Private Events- We offer private group yoga sessions, which are perfect for your own private mini retreats, yoga at your workplace, birthday parties, sports teams, bridal events, bachelorette parties or corporate gatherings. We will work with you to create a memorable experience tailored to your interests either in studio or at your chosen location.

30 minute Mentor/Consultation Sessions- In addition to private yoga, Molly also offers 30 minute mentor and/or consultation sessions for students in 200 hour online teacher training, students with questions or students looking for advice/suggestions on how to start and grow their yoga teaching journey and/or business.
